On the 2nd February, the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) laid before UK Parliament the International Data Transfer Agreement ("IDTA"), the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contract Clauses ("Addendum") and a document setting out transitional provisions.

If there are no objections, the new provisions will come into force on 21st March 2022.
